Terms of Use

1. Your account

• You need a working Indian mobile number to sign in. Keep your phone and OTP to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Give your real name and correct details. One person, one account.
• You must be 18 or older to use the Market.

2. AI advice

Farm plans, plant scans, voice answers, success estimates and scheme information are made by AI. They are general guidance, not a guarantee. AI can be wrong, and weather, pests and markets change. Always read and follow product labels, and for severe problems or large decisions, check with your Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) or block agriculture office. Government scheme amounts and rules change; confirm them on the official site before applying. Zamidar is not responsible for crop loss, damage or expense from following AI advice.

3. The Market

• Zamidar connects buyers, sellers and equipment owners. We are not a party to the sale or rental; the agreement is between the users.
• Buyers pay sellers and owners directly. Zamidar does not collect, hold or refund payments.
• Listings must be true: real produce or machines you own or are allowed to sell or rent, with honest photos, quality, quantity and price.
• Every new listing is checked before it goes live. We may turn down, hide or remove any listing, with a reason where possible.
• Do not sell anything illegal, banned pesticides, or anything you are not allowed to sell.
• Check produce and machines before you pay, and agree on details in the chat.

4. Behaviour

Do not cheat other users, post fake listings, send abusive or threatening messages, spam, or try to break or misuse the app or its AI. We may block accounts that do, with or without warning. A blocked user cannot use the app; if you think your account was blocked by mistake, write to support@zamidar.app.

5. Your content

You own the photos and text you add. You allow us to store and show them in the app as needed to run it, for example showing your listing to nearby buyers. Do not upload content that belongs to someone else.

6. Fair use

Zamidar is free. To keep it free, AI features have fair daily limits.

7. Changes and availability

We may change, pause or stop features. We try to keep the app running, but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Zamidar is not liable for indirect losses, or for losses from deals between users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of the city where Zamidar is registered.
